As expected, the print proof from Createspace arrived early!  Colors and interior look good, so I’ve approved Book 4 for release on Amazon.com and of course the Createspace site itself.  It may take a day for the Kindle version and print version to sync up their pages, but for all those waiting for Loyalty to the Cause in paperback, the wait is essentially over.  The link on the Book 4 Notes page will be updated just as soon as I see the book live on Amazon.

Loyalty to the Cause is the longest book in the series yet, so the print-on-demand costs are a little higher than the previous books.  Amazon.com tends to discount the Createspace list price, so hopefully we’ll see the same trend for Book 4.
